When will my order ship after purchasing?

 

Processing takes 1-3 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please refer to our estimated delivery times below:

 Contiguous USA: 3 to 5 business days via UPS tracked priority mail

 Canada: 5-10 business days via UPS tracked priority shipping

 United Kingdom: 4-7 business days via Royal Mail

 Non-Contiguous USA (PR, HI, AK): 7-12 business days

 Australia: 6-8 business days

 Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar: 10-16 business days

 Russia, Chile: 10-16 business days

 Other International Orders: 10-20 business days

 

Tracking Availability

 

Tracking is available for orders shipping to the USA, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Russia, UAE, and the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot track other international shipments.

 

USA orders are shipped from within the USA from our warehouse. Most international packages ship from our warehouse in Asia, allowing for the fastest and most reliable global shipping outside the US.

 

Lost Packages

 

We use UPS for accurate and reliable delivery. However, in rare cases where packages are lost in transit, we are not responsible for these losses. We highly recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout, which provides a credit for lost packages and ensures a replacement is sent at no additional cost.

For free shipping, we ship via USPS or UPS, depending on location.

 

Do international orders include extra duties or taxes?

 

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are collected upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for these additional fees. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine applicable charges.
